- Inside Dhaka Metropolitan City: BDT 80.
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 130.
Delivery Time:
- Dhaka Metropolitan City: Orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 working days.
All items are carefully sanitized and packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You’ll receive SMS updates on the status of your delivery to keep you informed.
Refunds
Here’s how our refund process works:
- Refund Request: Notify us within 7-10 working days for refund processing after your request.
- Refund Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged—to be eligible for a refund.
- Payment Method: Refunds apply only to online or advance payments made through bKash.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should ship your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
